Refund and Returns Policy

At Ovira, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and transparent Refund and Returns Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is authorized, we will send you instructions and a return shipping label.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you use our return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Opened or used products, unless defective

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@ovira.site. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

9. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the items as per our Refund and Returns Policy.

10. Refunds to Original Payment Method

Refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly.
